How to measure:

We manufacture your blinds according to the measurements you provided so it is especially important to measure accurately for your blinds to fit properly.

Certain factors need to be considered such as:
• Reveal or Face fix
• Are there obstructions such as door handles, skirtings or tiling up the wall.

Here are some tips:
• Use a measuring tape to measure accurately.
• Measurements should always be supplied in millimetres (width x height)
• Ensure you measure all windows, even if they appear to be the same

First things first, before we start to measure, we need to understand the difference between Reveal Fix and Face Fix

Reveal fixed is when the blind gets installed inside of the reveal:

Face fixed is when the blind gets installed on the face of the wall:

This allows for the blind to be fitted inside the window recess, gives the neatest finish and is the most popular way of fitting blinds. You should provide us with the exact measurements of the opening, you can measure the inside of the reveal from wall to wall (Left to right and Top to bottom) Should there be tiles in the window, you will need to measure from tile to tile as well.

This method is usually used when the window recess space is too small to fit the brackets. You can measure the inside of the reveal from wall to wall (Left to right and Top to bottom) . Should you wish to order your blinds via our website be sure to add 100 mm to your total width and to your height. Please also be sure to indicate that the blind should be face fixed.
